Joining Little Star

2027 places are available in our Hippo class (18 months – 2½ years) and Giraffe class (3½ – 5 years). Here's everything you need to apply.

How it works

The registration process

Come for a tourMost families come and see us before they apply, and we'd love to show you around. Tours are usually in the morning. If you can't make it in person, you're still welcome to apply. Book a tour
Apply onlineComplete the online application below. We only consider applications made through our form.
Join the listOnce we receive your form, your child is added to the list for the year and class you've applied for.
Receive an offerWe make offers as early as we can. For the following year, the first offers usually go out by the end of Term 2. If you apply later in the year and there's space, we may be able to offer a place straight away.

Fees

R17 300 per term in 2027 (four terms a year)

A once-off, non-refundable acceptance fee of R6 000 is due when you accept a place.
A discount applies when you pay the full year in advance by 15 January.
A sibling discount applies when brothers and sisters are at the school at the same time.

We follow the Western Cape school calendar and occasionally adjust dates slightly. Changes are always shared with parents well in advance.
